About Sean

Sean Phillips is a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Executives Realty in Vernon, B.C., licensed since 2022 and known locally as “Chalet Sean.” He started this site because the best-run moves he sees are the ones that started early: sellers who fixed the right things and skipped the rest, and buyers who had their money sorted before they fell for a house.

Sean lives in Vernon and works across the North Okanagan, from Okanagan Landing and Coldstream to SilverStar. He also runs the Vernon Lakes & Lifestyle and Chalet Sean YouTube channels.
